The 2023 International Taekwondo Festival Competitor Grassroot Registration

Grassroot Sparring and Poomsae are division of up to 4 Competitors max and everyone is guaranteed a medal. World Class Sparring and Sport Poomsae are full bracket divisions.
Only World Class Sparring will use Daedo electronic chest gear and helmet overlay. Athletes are responsible for bringing their own Electronic Socks Gen-1 or Gen-2.
World Class Sparring will start at 8:30am this year starting with Senior Divisions please be on time.
Competitor may not compete in both World Class and Grassroot Sparring.
All Competitors will receive a 2023 ITF souvenir gift.
Opening Ceremony is at 9am. There will be no intermission break between Poomsae and Sparring.
All registration is final. No refunds or cancellations.

I HEREBY SUBMIT THIS REGISTRATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER FORM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO FESTIVAL 2023 I CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS TRUE AND CORRECT AND HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EXPO CENTER, YIC TAEKWONDO, TOURNAMENT ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, REFEREES, COACHES, INSTRUCTORS, AGENTS AND OTHER COMPETITORS FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY INCLUDING DEATH , AND FOR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY MYSELF ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RESULTING FROM OR ATTRIBUTABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART TO MY TRAVELING TO, TRAINING FOR, BEING COACHED IN, USING ANY SPORTS EQUIPMENT IN, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO FESTIVAL 2023. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AUTHORIZATION IS GIVEN PRIOR TO ANY DIAGNOSIS TREATMENTS OR HOSPITAL CARE BEING REQUIRED, BUT IS GIVEN TO PROVIDE THE MEDICAL/CHIROPRACTIC/DENTAL STAFF AUTHORITY TO RENDER CARE AS DEEMED ADVISABLE. IN THE CASE OF MINORS, IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT EFFORTS SHALL BE MADE TO CONTACT THE UNDERSIGNED PRIOR TO RENDERING TREATMENT, BUT TREATMENT WILL NOT BE WITHHELD IF THE UNDERSIGNED CANNOT BE REACHED.
