Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

The International Taekwondo Festival (ITF) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If ITF refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Event Cancellation by ITF

ITF reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If ITF cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. If an event is cancelled, it will be posted on the ITF website (www.tkdfest.com).

Registration Cancellation by Participant

There will be NO REFUND if the registration is cancelled by the participant.

Shipping & Handling

The International Taekwondo Festival (ITF) Registration is an event registration, there is No Shipping because there is No Purchase of Merchandise.
