THINGS TO KNOW

  1. The Industry Expo Center Grand Arena is an equestrian center turned into a competition arena. There is a roof covering but you will be outdoors and weather can be cool and windy in the early morning and evening. We encourage you to bring a light jacket or sweater.
  2. There will be no ins and outs in the parking lot. Please note that once you leave the parking area you will have to pay for parking again. Parking is $10 and Admission is $15 children 4 and under are free.
  3. Registration. One representative will pick up the credential badges for the school. Please make sure to contact your Master for your credential badge. Registration will be closed at 12pm.
  4. Masters & family members will have a special VIP check-in to pickup their credentials. Please register online for your Masters pass in advance.
  5. Athlete may not compete in both Grassroot Sparring Competition and World Class Sparring Competition. Athlete may not compete in both Junior and Senior divisions. World Class competition is National Championship level athletes, if you are a black belt inexperienced in high level competition please choose Grassroot Sparring.
  6. Opening Ceremony will be at 9am this year. We will NOT stop for any breaks once the tournament begins. Sparring competition will begin immediately after Poomsae. Referees will take lunch break in shifts. Please arrive early.
  7. The competition floor must be kept clear throughout the tournament for fire hazard policy. If security has to ask you to leave more than twice you may risk the loss of your coaching/master pass. There will be NO COACHING during the Poomsae Competition. We kindly ask for your respectful cooperation.
  8. The Industry Hills Expo Center will have many food vendors from Mexican Café, BBQ grill, Kettle Popcorn, shaved ice and vegetarian options available. No outside food or drinks (water allowed)
  9. RV parking and overnight parking spots are available for limited space. Please contact us if you would like to reserve one in advance prior to the day of event.
  10. Sangmoosa / Mooto martial art supply vendor will be on site for your equipment needs.
  11. Imagine Special Events will be our photo vendor please stop by to purchase your souvenir photos.
